isn't that essentially what a 'stomach capacity' feature would be useful for? i've seen it in a lot of weight gain and vore games. higher stomach capacity= more stuff you can vore/eat.

This has been mentioned here and there throughout the forum, and it has been planned since before I even wrote the first line of code. The challenge is balancing this skill, so it's not completely and utterly broken like in noone's game. At the moment, the biggest catch is that vore is a perk that must be earned through a series of side quests.
As for stomach capacity, it's simply how much food your stomach can hold, whether it's 50 steaks or a whole bear.

Maybe it could be a perk called "Stretchy Throat" or something in that vain. Maybe you could eat larger food items with it too.
Description: "Allows the player to swallow almost anything. Even enemies."

Eating large food items is could be interesting, but I'm not sure how much sense it would make over just eating it in smaller pieces.

You can also have food items that require the perk in order to eat them. It's also less time consuming. Imagine a giant cake, the kind strippers tend to pop out of (although hopefully not in this case). The character could sit there for hours trying to eat their fill or they can cram it in like crazy to save time. Of course the question is how important time is in game. Maybe large food items give better buffs or heal more if you swallow it whole instead of picking away at it. Imagine a pie that heals you in combat. You could take a chunk off for a small amount of health or down the whole thing in one turn for much more.

Something soft like cake would be easy, but anything harder than that would take time just getting it down your throat.

Yeah, you're right.
Hmm... Guess it couldn't be used for anything other than vore.

There's another game which was heavily inspired by noone's, where you could nom stuff after you killed it. Simply as another source of food. What if we combined the two - voring in combat and after combat - so that there would be a lower threshold for eating stuff after combat, and a (significantly) higher one for eating stuff in combat?

That's an idea... It could be hard to do with certain enemies though, like the slime because it gets smaller throughout the fight. What I would want to try doing is to maybe turn it into some kind of minigame, but that's a completely different challenge in itself.

It was just a matter of stretching your stomach. I think it was mentioned somewhere in his release notes at some point.
