Immobility in a game like this is a touchy subject. It's hard to do right because you can't really become immobile without also bringing your progress to a dead halt. Of course, there will be many people who want this and don't care for actually completing the game. However, at the same time, there will be a lot of people who DO want to progress through the game and play it for more than just fapping. As a result, immobility is both a huge annoyance and a major turn-on. Ideas so far include but are not limited to: - simply forcing you to wait until you lose enough weight to move again.
- adding various events that happen when you become immobile.
- making immobility an end-state in itself. You will "lose," but you get the satisfaction in knowing that you've allowed yourself to be so consumed by greed and gluttony to the point of immobility.
- making an item that allows movement after immobility by some magical force. I don't like this because it defeats the definition of immobility...
My favorite out of these is the second one. I think it's the most interesting and dynamic of the others. Additionally, I already have an end-state in mind that is related to #3. After said event, which can be good or bad, you would either find yourself mobile again or in some other end-state depending on what decisions you made. e.g. you're found by another adventure who knocks you out and robs your helplessly immobile self of a bunch of your stuff. You wake up days later or something and you're now thin enough to move again. e.g. you're found by a lipomancer who "steals" a good chunk of your fat and makes you mobile again. e.g. you're found by some minority cult who thinks you're a god and feed you into further immobility unless you try to fight/argue back. Otherwise, you get a special gameover/end-state.

Immobility likely wouldn't be an end-state unless you ended up as the prisoner of a food demon of some sort, because either you'd run out of food and thin down until you could move, or something would kill you.

The easy way to implement said events would be to make different places trigger different events once you become immobile. If you become immobile in a cultist settlement, it could possibly trigger an end-game event, since they would just keep feeding you until infinity. If you become immobile in the savannah, we might have an event where you are attacked. If you become immobile in the city or in the farmlands, probably you would just have to wait until you can walk again. That is my idea, at least.
